- Burnable — allow token holders to permanently destroy tokens
- Pausable — ability to halt all token transfers in an emergency
- Transaction Tax — automatically deduct a percentage fee per transfer
- Anti-Whale — limit the maximum token holdings per wallet
- Blacklist — block specific wallet addresses from transfers

Fees are transferred instantly and automatically to our platform wallet upon successful token deployment. We reserve the right to update our fee structure with reasonable notice.
4 User Eligibility & Responsibilities
To use our service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- You understand the risks associated with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- You are solely responsible for the tokens you create and all their subsequent use
- You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your country
- You have obtained any necessary licenses or approvals required in your jurisdiction to create or distribute tokens
5 Prohibited Uses

You must NOT use CreateBSCToken.com to create tokens for:
- Fraudulent schemes — rug pulls, exit scams, or pump-and-dump operations
- Impersonation — mimicking legitimate projects, exchanges, stablecoins, or well-known brands without authorization
- Money laundering — using tokens to conceal the origin of funds
- Terrorist financing — funding illegal organizations or activities
- Securities fraud — issuing unregistered securities or making false investment promises
- Platform abuse — attempting to exploit, hack, or disrupt our service or smart contracts
- Spam tokens — mass-creating worthless tokens to manipulate wallets or platforms
We reserve the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
6 Smart Contract & Token Ownership
Upon successful deployment, you become the sole owner and operator of your token smart contract. This means:
- We do not retain any administrative access, ownership, or control over your deployed token
- You are entirely responsible for managing your token's features (minting, pausing, blacklisting)
- You are responsible for any third-party service fees (e.g., PancakeSwap liquidity)
- The smart contract code used is based on standard BEP-20 templates — you deploy it as-is

7 Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We specifically disclaim:

- Any guarantee regarding the performance, value, or utility of deployed tokens
- Responsibility for BSC network downtime, congestion, or failures
- Accuracy of token pricing or market performance after deployment
Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk. Token values can go to zero. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
8 Limitation of Liability
