CreateBSCToken.com provides a web-based platform that enables users to deploy BEP-20 smart contract tokens on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) Mainnet. The service facilitates token creation with optional features including Mintable, Burnable, Pausable, Transaction Tax, Anti-Whale, and Blacklist functionality.
3. Service Fees
- Base deployment fee: 0.02 BNB per token creation
- Per-feature fee: 0.002 BNB per enabled advanced feature
- Network gas fees: Paid directly to BSC validators, not to us
All fees are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Fees are transferred instantly to our platform wallet upon successful token deployment.
4. User Responsibilities
By using this service, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the tokens you create and their use
- You will not use our service to create tokens intended for fraud, scams, or financial harm to others
- You will not create tokens that impersonate existing projects, brands, or trademarks without authorization
- You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter contracts in your jurisdiction
- You comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country regarding cryptocurrency and token creation
- You understand the risks associated with blockchain transactions and cryptocurrency
5. Prohibited Uses
You must not use CreateBSCToken.com to:
- Create tokens for rug pulls, pump-and-dump schemes, or any fraudulent purpose
- Impersonate legitimate cryptocurrency projects, exchanges, or entities
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
- Create tokens that facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt our platform or smart contracts
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Deployed tokens will perform as expected on all platforms
- The Binance Smart Chain network will function without interruptions
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreateBSCToken.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency resulting from your use of the service or any tokens created through it.
8. Smart Contract Ownership
Once deployed, you retain full ownership and control of your token smart contract. We do not maintain administrative access to tokens created through our platform. You are solely responsible for managing your token after deployment.
9. Intellectual Property
The CreateBSCToken.com website, branding, and platform code are the intellectual property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform without express written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
